1. Shipping Costs

We offer various shipping options for your purchase in the E3D Print online shop. Regardless of the order value, a flat-rate fee will be applied to each order, depending on the selected shipping service provider. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

The estimated shipping duration will be displayed during the order process. Currently, we only ship to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic, France, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, and Italy.

Legal Note: The specified delivery times are estimates and not legally binding delivery dates. In the event of delays caused by the shipping service provider, we assume no liability, except as mandated by applicable law.

2. Payment Information

You can pay for your purchases in our online shop using the following payment methods during checkout:

- PayPal Checkout
- Sofort by Klarna
- SEPA Direct Debit
- Credit Card (via Stripe)

Additional Notes:

- For SEPA Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from your bank account. We will notify you at least one banking day before the account is debited (prenotification).
- The use of third-party payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe is subject to their respective terms and conditions, which may include additional requirements or fees.
